URL in / business card out

AI business card generator that reads a real website

Most AI business card generators ask you to retype the brand from scratch — colors, fonts, tagline, and logo — into a generic template that produces another generic card. Kleido starts the other way around. You paste a website URL and the AI extracts the visual system that already exists: the typography stack, the color palette, the logo treatment, the way the brand handles whitespace, and the tone of the copy.

The result is a two-sided business card that looks like it belongs to the company, not like it was assembled from clip art. You can review it on screen with a flip animation, edit any field inline, regenerate variants you do not like, and order printed cards without ever opening a design tool.

How it works

  1. Step 01

    Paste any landing page URL

Drop in a homepage, product page, or marketing site. Kleido fetches the page server-side, parses the rendered HTML, and pulls out the elements that define the brand — primary and secondary colors, type pairings, logo lockups, and the language the brand uses to describe itself.

  2. Step 02

    AI composes a two-sided card

A Claude-powered model is given the extracted brand system and the card constraints (size, orientation, identity fields, optional QR code) and asked to compose front and back HTML. Because the design is generated as semantic HTML, every detail is editable later — you are not stuck with a rasterized image.

  3. Step 03

    Inspect, flip, and edit

Open the result in the inspector. Flip between front and back. Click any field to rename, retype, or delete it. Swap the QR destination. Regenerate just the back if the front is good. The preview updates immediately — no save button, no undo stack to babysit.

  4. Step 04

    Order printed cards

When you like the result, choose the size, orientation, finish, quantity, and shipping details. Kleido prepares the production file behind the scenes and sends the card order to print.

Use cases

New hires who do not have brand assets

A new salesperson, founder, or contractor often needs cards on day one but cannot get logo files out of the marketing team. Pasting the company URL is enough to ship a card that matches the website.

Founders of a one-person company

You launched a landing page yesterday. You need cards for a meetup tonight. Kleido turns the page you just shipped into a card without forcing you to re-decide every typography choice you already made.

Agencies pitching a redesign

Generate a card from the client's current site and a card from a redesign mock to show the brand evolution side by side. The cards become a tangible artifact in the pitch deck.

Conference and event teams

Create role-specific cards for a booth — sales, support, engineering — that all share the same brand system but list different people and QR destinations.

About AI business card generator that reads a real website

Kleido does not store generated cards behind a paywall and does not require a Figma-style learning curve. The AI handles the layout decisions; you stay in control of the words. Because the output is HTML, brand updates are cheap: change the source site, regenerate the card, and the new palette propagates automatically.

If you generate multiple variants at once, you can compare them in a side-by-side gallery, share a single one with a coworker via a link, and only order the variant that wins.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from a Canva template?

Templates start from a blank layout and ask you to fill it in. Kleido starts from a real website and reverse-engineers the brand into the layout. You skip the part where you guess at colors and fonts.

Do I need design experience?

No. The AI does the visual composition. If you can paste a URL and type your name, you can generate a card. Inline editing means corrections do not require a design tool.

What model does Kleido use?

Kleido uses Anthropic's Claude family for layout reasoning. The brand extraction itself is deterministic HTML parsing, not an LLM hallucination, so colors and typography stay faithful to the source.

Can I regenerate just one side of the card?

Yes. Generate a set, keep the side you like, and re-roll the other. You can also lock identity fields so they stay consistent across regenerations.

Is my source URL or generated card kept private?

Cards you generate are saved to your account as templates with a share link only you can post. Public sharing is opt-in per template.
