Business card maker that starts from your website

Most business card makers start with a template gallery. You pick a layout that is close enough, then spend the next half hour swapping in your logo, guessing at your brand colors, and nudging text boxes until it looks like your business. Kleido skips the gallery. Paste your website URL and it designs the card from the brand you already have — your logo, palette, typography, and voice.

You get an editable two-sided card, not a flat image. Change any line of text, add a QR code, regenerate a side you do not like, then order printed cards in the same flow. There is no design software to learn and no separate print file to prepare.

How it works

  1. Step 01

    Paste your website

Use the homepage or whichever public page shows your brand most clearly. Kleido reads the logo, colors, fonts, and copy from the page — no brand kit, hex codes, or logo files required.

  2. Step 02

    Get a two-sided card

Kleido lays out the front and back at real business-card size: identity on one side, contact details and an optional QR code on the other, with type sizes and margins that hold up in print.

  3. Step 03

    Edit and proof

Click any field to change it, flip the card to check the back, and regenerate either side. Scan the QR code from your screen to confirm where it goes before you order.

  4. Step 04

Order prints or download the PDF

Choose matte or gloss, squared or rounded corners, and 50 to 500 cards shipped to a US address. If you prefer your own printer, paying customers can download the print-ready PDF instead.

Use cases

You have a website but no card

The website already carries your brand decisions. A card made from it matches what people see when they look you up, instead of looking like a template that happens to have your name on it.

You need cards this week

Design, proofing, and print ordering happen in one place, so there is no hand-off between a design tool and a print shop and no file-format back-and-forth.

You are not a designer

Kleido makes the layout decisions — hierarchy, spacing, contrast, QR placement — and leaves you in charge of the words. If you can paste a link and type your name, you can make the card.

Your team needs matching cards

Save the design as a template so each teammate can fill in their own name, role, and contact details while keeping the same layout and brand.

About Business card maker that starts from your website

A business card maker is only as useful as the card it hands to the printer. Kleido designs at the final trim size from the start, keeps names, contact lines, and QR codes inside the safe area, and treats small type and QR size as print constraints rather than afterthoughts.

Template-first makers are a good fit when you want to browse layouts and make every design choice yourself. Kleido is the better fit when the brand already exists online and the goal is a card that looks like it belongs to the same business. Your first design is free. After that, designs and printed cards are paid for with credits: one credit per design, and print runs from 10 credits for 50 matte cards, including US shipping. Card generation and printing are currently available in the United States.

Frequently asked questions

Is Kleido a free business card maker?

Your first design credit is free, so you can generate and edit a card before paying anything. Additional designs cost one credit each, and printed cards are paid for with credits. Credits start at $9 for 5.

Do I need a website to use it?

Kleido is built to start from a public web page — a homepage, portfolio, landing page, or about page. The more of your brand that page shows, the closer the card will match it.

Can I print the cards myself or with another printer?

Yes. Paying customers can download a print-ready PDF of the card and take it to any printer. Or order directly from Kleido in matte or gloss, with squared or rounded corners.

What sizes and quantities can I order?

Printed orders are standard US business cards in quantities of 50, 100, 250, or 500, shipped to US addresses. You can design in landscape or portrait orientation.

How is this different from Canva or VistaPrint?

Canva and VistaPrint start from templates that you customize. Kleido starts from your website and designs the card from your existing brand, then prints it. Templates give you more manual control; Kleido saves the work of rebuilding your brand by hand.
